Teresa Borsuk is one of Pollard Thomas Edwards’ senior advisors. Straightforward and practical, she endeavours to produce solutions that are intelligent and imaginative, most recently focusing on PTE schemes in Cambridge, Oxford and the wider south-east.
Teresa’s unflagging drive to attain quality makes her committed to following projects through to construction on site. Teresa has over 35 years’ experience in the housing, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, and has both designed and delivered a series of successful and award-winning projects, ranging from major mixed-use developments to infill sites and refurbishments including The Avenue in Saffron Walden and Knights Park in Cambridge.
She is known for her close attention to detail, and has a special expertise in the complex interweaving of new and historic buildings: high-profile work in this sector includes award-winning offices for our own developer/contractor clients.
Teresa is an Awards’ Judge for the AJ Architecture Awards, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Building Award and the British Homes Awards. In 2019, she was one of six international judges for the Czech National Architectural Awards.
She is co-chair of the London Borough of Newham and Redbridge Design Review Panels and on the Essex and Kensington & Chelsea Council Quality Review Panels and the Uttlesford Design Review Panel.
In 2015, Teresa was awarded the AJ Woman Architect of the Year.
